“There is no agony like the untold story within you.” So wrote Maya Angelou, pointing out that in many ways, our stories are more of a means than an end. We tell them in an attempt to release ourselves; to evolve and grow beyond them. We tell our stories to awaken, to inspire. To do just that, and to end a season of storytelling, Choral Arts’ 2015-16 finale concert will pair masterworks by Britten and Bernstein with newly commissioned works by Eric William Barnum and Jake Runestad.

7:30pm – pre-concert conversation
8:00pm – performance

Tickets: $25 general admission; $20 seniors; $18 group rate; Free for students
