Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was no ordinary boy – he played the clavichord, harpsichord, and violin by the age of 5, was a musical star by 6, and wrote his first symphony at the age of 8. We celebrate the 260th anniversary of Mozart’s birth as we step back in time and imagine what a concert by the young Mozart might have been like with pieces he wrote as a child.

Mozart – Boy Genius! is written and narrated by – (KING FM host), and performed by Seattle’s St. Helens String Quartet and two extremely talented young musicians, including a semi-finalist in KING FM's Young Artist Competition and a recipient of a special recognition award in the Seattle Young Artists Music Festival.

Ideally suited for children ages 5-10.

FREE PRE-CONCERT ACTIVITY! Musical instrument “petting zoo” in the lobby at 10:00 am, courtesy of Music Center of the Northwest.
