Featured in this season's inaugural concert are the new sounds of the Bremerton Youth Symphony: leading the Symphony is Music Director Tigran Arakelyan, and leading the Jazz Ensemble is Jazz Director Derrick Polk. Well known in Western Washington in their respective fields, these vibrant new leaders and their young musicians give the audience a taste of what to expect from the two ensembles in the coming year.
