Join Cascade Youth Symphony GospelFest Jubilee combining youthful energy with seasoned gospel singers that will impact audiences of all generations. The concert begins with classical selections that include Beethoven Egmont Overture, Sarmientos Marimba Concerto with soloist Jakob Fortiner, and the William Grant Still Afro-American Symphony. CYSO will then present Stephen Michael Newby and friends as we celebrate his 25 years of gospel music in the Northwest. The music will be uplifting and true to both symphonic and gospel music and will be known as a pioneer of music exploration.
