Island Consort closes our regular 2017-18 season with this concert of works by Handel, Bach, Haydn & Mozart, featuring Bach's double concerto for oboe & violin, Handel's Zadok the Priest, Mozart's Regina Coeli and including Mozart's aria L'amerò, sarò costante; a set of Haydn part songs for mixed-voice chorus, Handel's violin sonata in G minor and a Haydn piano trio. With soprano soloist Fumi Tagata, featured violinists Gloria Ferry-Brennan, Sue Baer, and Brian Kenney; oboe soloist Frances Kenney, and the Island Consort Singers.
