There’s something about watching a professional play an instrument that makes us all go, “huh, she makes that look so easy!” Clarinetist Yoonah Kim, winner of the 2016 Concert Artists Guild International Competition, takes us on a behind-the-scenes preview of life as a musician. Clarinetist Yoonah Kim was raised in Vancouver B.C., and now joins us from her home in New York. Yoonah reveals what inspires her lifelong journey with the clarinet.

Wine Down Monday events occur virtually via Zoom. Each weekly event features a social, casual format where listeners are encouraged to chat with the artists and each other.
