Island Consort presents an afternoon of all-French music in this programs of works by Fauré, Coste, Debussy, & Vielhan, as well as Lili Boulanger's Pie Jesu with soprano Fumi Tagata and Maurice Duruflé's Reqiuem, performed by the Island Consort Singers conducted by Dr. Dianne Vars.
With special guests Logan Esterling (oboe), Joan Larue (trumpet), and Jacob Mashak (recorder). Featuring our 2018 Young Musicians Award winner, Annie Saltee, performing a movement of Jacques Ibert's Concertina de Camera on baritone saxophone.
