Dr. Gregory Walker, violinist, joins Puget Sound music faculty for this celebration of music by his father, George Walker (1922–2018), the first African American to win the Pulitzer Prize for Music. Performed by Gwynne Brown ’95, piano; Kim Davenport, piano; Alistair MacRae, cello; Dawn Padula, mezzo-soprano; Joyce Ramee, viola; Tanya Stambuk, piano; Joseph Williams, piano; Jinshil Yi ’14, piano.
