Early music expert Jonathan Cohen leads one of Johann Sebastian Bach’s seminal works — his Saint John Passion. This oratorio was written for Good Friday in 1724, using the German translation of the Gospel of Saint John. The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra is joined by a stellar cast of vocal soloists with chorales sung by The Singers.
