Josef Suk – "III. Un Poco Triste" & "II. Appassionato" from 4 Pieces for Violin and Piano, Op. 17
Antonín Dvořák – Piano Trio No. 3 in F minor, Op. 65, B. 130

Note from the Host: "The Alighieri Duo is finally able to reunite with our regular trio partner, Khari Joyner, for his Groupmuse debut! Khari has been described by the New York Classical Review as "one of the most exciting young musicians on the classical scene" and "one of the most promising young cellists in the country" by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. He has been awarded First Prize at the Sphinx Competition and an Annenberg Foundation Career Grant.

"We are excited to present the incredible Dvořák F Minor Piano Trio which is often overshadowed by the famous "Dumky". It is a romantic and symphonic journey of Dvořák's inner-most thoughts, and his best piano trio in our opinion. Khari, Nicholas, and Candace actually played this piece in our last in person concert right before COVID lockdowns started, and we can't wait to bring back this tour de force!"

The livestream will take place at 7:30pm Eastern / 4:30pm Pacific. Broadcasting live from NYC.
