Health organizations like WHO and NIH agrees that music effectively enhance our well-being. It helps us reduce our stress, manage our pain, and induces many beneficial hormones, including oxytocin – the so-called "love hormone" helping us see how what we share is greater than our differences.

So how do we incorporate music in our lives to maximize its benefit? In this program, "Dr. Pianist" will show you some ways of actively engaging with the piano favorites to maximize its benefits.

The livestream will take place at 4pm Pacific. Broadcasting live from Pasadena, CA.
