Join us from home for the Houston Symphony’s Live from Jones Hall livestream concert series! Your purchase helps support the Symphony. You’ll receive a private online link to view live concerts by Houston Symphony musicians performing at Jones Hall.

Take a sonic adventure through the centuries with this livestream concert spotlighting the Symphony’s brass and percussion sections. Hear stately music of Gervaise and Handel, feel the jaunty rhythms of “King of Ragtime” Scott Joplin, and make a stop at the unexpected with John Cage’s hypnotic Third Construction for percussion, which uses everything from tin cans and cowbells to cricket callers and a conch shell. For the grand finale, brass and percussion come together for Abreu’s showstopping Tico Tico.

The livestream will take place at 8pm Central / 6pm Pacific.

On the day before the concert, you will receive a new email with a link to the video. If you purchase a ticket after Friday evening, the link will be in your confirmation email. We recommend you access the link at least 10 minutes before the concert begins. A recording will be available to you at the same link for 24 hours following the concert. If you did not purchase a ticket before the concert, you can still buy a ticket to access the recording until 7pm Central / 5pm Pacific on the Sunday after the performance.
