About the artist
Dr. Sarah Pizzichemi has distinguished herself as a versatile and passionate artist with international performances as a soloist, chamber, and orchestral musician. Sarah is a founding member and 1st violinist of the Skyros Quartet (est. 2010), artistic director of the nonprofit Chamber Music Madness since 2015, concertmaster of Saratoga Orchestra since 2016, and is a feminist musicologist. She is also an educator, and has an award winning Pacific Northwest violin studio.
