Northwest University: Christmas Traditions

The Northwest University Choirs include the Concert Choir; comprised of NU Music department students and students from other majors, and also the Chamber Choir, a select group of singers. In Spring of 2015, the Concert Choir toured Ireland and sang in several cathedrals, including St. Anne’s Cathedral in Belfast and Christchurch Cathedral in Dublin. In 2017 the Choir toured in Montreal and Quebec Canada.

They will be joined in this concert by Coro Amici which includes many NU choir alumni and community members. This Christmas concert has become a wonderful way to begin the sacred season of Christmas while enjoying the beautiful setting and acoustics of Benaroya Hall, Seattle’s premier performance facility for classical music.
