Franz Schubert's epic song cycle of winter wandering, Winterreise ("Winter Journey"), performed by David Hoffman (baritone) and Peter Nelson-King (piano) with all 24 songs being presented with bleak shadow puppet abstraction.
All puppets designed and created by Juliana Brandon. Ten percent of all ticket sales go to Protect Our Winters to combat the effects of climate change.
A strobe light will be used in this performance.
Opera glasses or binoculars recommended as some puppets are somewhat small.
This performance will be sung in German with English supertitles.
