Seattle Classic Guitar Society is a local, unendowed, member-based, 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the art of the classical guitar in the Puget Sound, Pacific Northwest, Washington area. SCGS presents a variety of musical events featuring world class artists, masterclasses, and local member open mics.

Gaëlle Solal has performed in more than 35 countries including Germany, Myanmar, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Israel, Spain, France, Gabon, India, Iceland, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Serbia, Switzerland, Tunisia, USA, and Japan. She has performed in prominent festivals including Festival d'Ile de France, Noches en los Reales Alcazares in Sevilla, Festival d'Avignon, Festival Montpellier-Radio France and at Salle Cortot (Paris), Zellerbach Hall (Berkeley), Tsuda Hall, Nikkei Hall, Oji Hall in Tokyo, Merkin Concert Hall (NY), and at the Guitar Foundation of America's International Convention in 2011. She has been a soloist in concertos with the Berkeley Symphony, the Garde Republicaine Orchestra, and the Philharmonic of Turin Orchestra.

Free tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be picked up at the desk in the foyer outside the auditorium one hour prior to the start of the program. There is no late seating, so please arrive early. Frye members may reserve free tickets in advance to guarantee seating.
