The Seattle Flute Choir consists of about 20 flutes including the piccolo, the C flute, the alto flute, the bass flute and the contrabass flute. We will perform Flute choir arrangements of Bizet, Sousa, Saint-Saëns, Khachaturian, and Satie and original works for flute choir by Barr, Butterworth, and Dorff. Also featured is a new arrangement by choir member Jim Durand of Stairway to Heaven. Free. Reception to follow.
