Seattle Pacific University: The Sacred Sounds of Christmas

Each year Seattle receives a special gift from Seattle Pacific University – The Sacred Sounds of Christmas. Featuring performing groups from SPU’s Music Department, this concert, now in its 18th year, is a much-anticipated event. Featuring the best of sacred Advent music from around the world, Sacred Sounds includes traditional Advent and Christmas carols, performed by the Music Department’s nationally recognized student and faculty musicians. For nearly two decades, this concert has grown in both acclaim and popularity. It is a consistent sellout. Audience members come from throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond to enjoy a one-of-a-kind celebration of the Advent and Christmas seasons.
