Opening the Byrd Ensemble’s 15-year anniversary season is a program featuring Renaissance music for large vocal forces, including Thomas Tallis’s 40-part Spem in alium and Robert Carver’s 19-part O bone Jesu. Accompanying these masterpieces are some of their favorite motets from all over Europe by Giovanni Gabrieli, William Byrd, and Alonso Lobo.

Tickets: $30 ($25 seniors 65+, $20 students, $50 reserved seating)
