West Seattle Community Orchestras (WSCO) will present a Night of Drama featuring two symphonies – a wind symphony and a symphony orchestra! The wind symphony will play two suites by Gustav Holst, followed by the symphony orchestra performing Franz Schubert’s luscious Unfinished Symphony. Also on the program will be famous love duets from operas by Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, and Richard Wagner performed by guest artists Gayla and Torrance Blaisdell. The dynamic, intimate duo of Gayla and Torrance Blaisdell are a power couple of opera and have performed from Carnegie Hall to Broadway, from Benaroya Hall to Opera Monaco!
