Explore these fascinating musical cross-currents through the music of Black composer José Mauricio Nuñes Garcia (1767-1830) and his contemporaries sung by acclaimed soprano Brenna Wells and fortepianist Henry Lebedinsky, performing on an original 1799 square piano by George Astor.
