Musicians from every corner of Baltimore stand with the people of Ukraine and are coming together to get help to those fleeing the conflict. Performers include a fabulous lineup of the best jazz, classical, and folk soloists in the city (or the region, honestly):
Classical piano virtuoso Lisa Weiss, klezmer and jazz woodwind wizard Seth Kibel, and wide-ranging mandolin master Joel-Michael-Schwartz, and hammered dulcimer player and old-time fiddler Ken Kolodner.
All proceeds are going to the International Rescue Committee.
Attending online: The link will be revealed to live stream participants 15 minutes before the show and will remain active for one week.
Attending in person: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required at door. In-person attendees receive a link to the recording to view for one week.

Joel Michael-Schwartz is an eclectic, electrifying young mandolinist/composer. Comfortable playing and fusing Bach, bebop, funk, flamenco, and much more, he brings passion, command, and a quirky sense of fun to all his artistic endeavors.
Based in Baltimore, MD, Joel performs, records, and teaches throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and occasionally beyond.
