Cuban-American pianist and UW faculty member Cristina Valdés—who presents innovative concerts and is known to "play a mean piano"—offers a solo piano recital with music by Haydn, Debussy, a set of exciting pieces by Mexican composer Gabriela Ortiz, and a selection of works by Cuban composers of different eras.
Join us for an afternoon of unique music making in the intimate space of Wagner House at Lakewold Gardens. Your ticket includes admission to the Gardens, wine, and a sweet treat.
