Thursday, October 12, 2023 @ 7:00pm – 8:30pm (PDT)
First Congregational Church, Bellevue, WA, United States

Orquesta Northwest's Latino Chamber Music Festival demonstrates that music can serve as a bridge, diminish differences, promote understanding and inclusion, as well as connect diverse audiences and participants, thereby building the confidence of marginalized community members and contributing to the growth of individuals and social well-being in general. This project offers vibrant, educational, cultural, and musical experiences that foster intercultural understanding in both mainstream and under-served communities. Attendees will experience Latinx artists and composers as models from the Latinx culture who value sensitivity, respect, and appreciation for cultural differences and commonalities.

This program will receive 2 performances: Thursday, October 5, 2023, 5pm at The Chapel at the Good Shepherd Center; and Thursday, October 12, 7pm at First Congregational Church.
