Superstar bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel brings unique charm to an eclectic mix of styles, from classical pieces and Welsh folk songs to opera arias and musical theater numbers.
Knighted for his services to music during Queen Elizabeth's 2017 New Year's Honours, he has established an illustrious career, sharing show-stopping performances across concert stages and opera houses around the world in recitals and notable roles including Falstaff, Dulcamara, and Sweeney Todd.
Sir Bryn also performed Paul Mealor's Kyrie eleison at the coronation of King Charles III earlier this year. It marked a historic moment as it was the first Welsh language piece sung at a coronation.
Alongside harpist Hannah Stone and pianist Annabel Thwaite, Sir Bryn performs a song cycle, traditional Welsh folk music, and songs by notable composers.
