BMP is keeping the work of our artists out in the world as theaters are shuttered by offering an “Opera of the Week" which will stream on our homepage for one week every Thursday at noon.
This week we share The Source, composed by Ted Hearne with text by Mark Doten. Through a larger than life four-channel video installation by Daniel Fish and Jim Findlay, this piece explores the identity of whistleblower Chelsea Manning who gave hundreds of thousands of classified documents to WikiLeaks.
The broadcast will start at 12 PM Eastern / 9 AM Pacific
