Groupmuse House Concert: Fall Concert with Ecco Chamber Ensemble

The Ecco Chamber Ensemble – soprano Stacey Mastrian, flutist Sarah Bassingthwaighte, and classical guitarist Mark Hilliard Wilson – works to build concerts around the intersection of art and social change. Their focus is on programming classical music from all over the world and from different periods that sheds light on issues of our time – including homelessness, environmental problems, violence, our interaction with technology, and music's profound impact on our education and on our well-being – and provokes us to consider our common humanity.
A Note from the Host
Ample parking is available. Our house is hidden down a short gravel driveway off of 34th Ave S and there are 6 steps down to the front door. Busing to this location is not recommended but is possible. Please bring any drinks and snacks you'd like to share. Please do not arrive early unless you have a special need and have communicated with me. Both hosts and musicians require preparation and set up time. The start time (7:30pm) means that is the time you should arrive, and you can expect the program will start slightly later. Thanks for your consideration. A groupmuse is a live classical music house party/concert. It’s casual, friendly, and intimate. Equal parts musical and social, it’s a way to enjoy yourself and enrich yourself. Anyone can host one, and anyone can come.
50 spots total, $10+ minimum payment to musicians, $3 reservation fee, bring your own drinks, ages 21+, cats live here, wheelchair not accessible, kid-friendly, RSVP for exact location.
