Online event

Colin Jacobsen, violin
Eric Jacobsen, cello

Brothers Colin and Eric Jacobsen, artistic directors of the adventurous orchestra collective The Knights, join us from their home in Brooklyn with the kind of ears wide open program that is their hallmark.

They perform Maurice Ravel’s 1920 Sonata dedicated to the memory of Claude Debussy, full of dreamy melodies and rhythmic verve, plus their own original music, and pieces by the beguiling Grammy Award-winning Irish-American singer-songwriter Aoife O’Donovan, inspired by and including select poetry by Walt Whitman.

The livestream will begin at 4pm Pacific / 7pm Eastern.
