OSL’s Free School Concerts for Spring 2021 introduces young audiences to contemporary composer and flutist Valerie Coleman. Featuring her iconic works for woodwind quintet, this interactive educational concert celebrates Coleman’s journey as a musician and her creative inspiration. Hosted by musician and arts leader Monica Ellis, this narrative biographical concert will also feature a special appearance by Coleman herself.

The broadcast will take place at 12pm Eastern / 9am Pacific. This concert will be offered free and stream on-demand April 23-July 1.
