The global pandemic reduced our 2019-2020 season to a single concert and led us to begin this season virtually. So we felt it fitting to return to repertoire we were preparing a year ago – diverse settings of Psalm 137, “By the waters of Babylon we sat and wept…” set by Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck, Salamone Rossi,, J.S. Bach, Arvo Pärt, and others, along with a new arrangement by our Artistic Director, Daniel Mahraun.
