Bring a picnic, stretch out on the lawn, and enjoy a live audio broadcast from SCMS of each of our Summer Festival concerts, provided directly to neighborhood parks. Each evening begins at 7:30pm with live chamber music performed by an outstanding student or pre-professional ensemble, and continues at 8:00pm with KING-FM's live broadcast, direct from Benaroya.

This summer we continue our partnership with four Seattle parks and the communities surrounding them. You can find us in West Seattle, on Capitol Hill, Downtown, and in Columbia City this July.

Freeway Park provides a space where residents, shoppers, downtown office workers, hotel visitors and the whole array of people from all backgrounds who make up the downtown population may come together to enjoy the social elements of a city park. Our events happen in an ares of the park near the corner of Seventh and Seneca.

Every broadcast is preceded by an outstanding live, student ensemble.
