Avery Fisher Career Grant Awardee Kristin Lee in recital at the intimate and acoustically-excellent Florence Henry Memorial Chapel to open the Highlands Concert Series 2019-20 season.
Lee is an 2015 Avery Fisher Career Grant awardee and protégé of Itzhak Perlman. Her playing has been compared to that of a young Isaac Stern, possessing a full measure of expression, technique, and nuance. We enthusiastically welcome Ms. Lee’s return to the Highlands, where her outstanding performance in 2018 led to an immediate invitation to open our 2019-20 season.
