Named for SSO cellist David Tonkonogui, who was a consummate chamber musician from Moscow, these awards are presented by Music Northwest to outstanding students, ages 8-18. Program includes their performances of masterpieces of chamber music from Antonio Vivaldi to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to Antonín Dvořák.
Proceeds support financial aid fund for low-income chamber music campers.
