John Dowland — Selected works

Daniel Frizzell (lute) gives a lecture-recital on “An analysis of how Dowland arranged his lute solos into lute songs.” Frizzell is a 2016 degree candidate for the Artist Diploma in Early Music at Cornish College of the Arts.

Public recitals comprise an essential component of the Artist Diploma in Early Music program. Students complete a total of three recitals while in residence; one solo, one ensemble, and one lecture-recital. For all of these public performances, students are accompanied by faculty and, on occasion, student colleagues.

Location: Room 119 (Main Floor, Kerry Hall)
