Called “one of the top young quartets before the public today” by The Washington Post, the Escher String Quartet has received acclaim for its profound musical insight and rare tonal beauty. They are artists of The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and one of the very few chamber ensembles to be awarded the Avery Fisher Career Grant. Notable honors include the Guardian’s “Classical CD of the Year” and a nomination for a BBC Music Magazine Award.
