Violist Vijay Chalasani is dedicated to rediscovering great and unjustly-ignored repertoire for baroque viola. He joins Henry Lebedinsky, playing an original 1799 Astor fortepiano, for virtuosic and elegant sonatas by C.P.E. Bach, Graun, Benda, and Flackton.
Christ Episcopal Church presents Bach’s Lunch – a series of FREE noontime concerts on the first Tuesday of every month, October through May. Bring your lunch and enjoy these informal concerts in the beautiful historic sanctuary in the heart of the U district.
