Orquesta Northwest presents 'Voces latinas' Latino Chamber Music Festival day 2

The second night of the Latino Chamber Music Festival at the Fremont Abbey will feature music performed by Duo Nayarit, Jovino Santos, Paula Madrigal, Duo Chismosas, and Carolina Botero.

Orquesta Northwest’s Latino Chamber Music Festival demonstrates that music can serve as a bridge, diminish differences, promote understanding and inclusion, as well as connect diverse audiences and participants, thereby building the confidence of marginalized community members and contributing to the growth of individuals and social well-being in general. This project offers vibrant, educational, cultural, and musical experiences that foster intercultural understanding in both mainstream and under-served communities. Attendees will experience Latinx artists and composers as models from the Latinx culture who value sensitivity, respect, and appreciation for cultural differences and commonalities.
