Part III of a three part concert mini-series, From Grieg to Gershwin, Steinway Artist Charlie Albright will be joined by members of the Seattle-Bergen String Quartet with works by Edvard Grieg and George Gershwin, as well as plenty of improvisation based on that music. Concluding our mini-series, Charlie presents a thrilling “Happy Birthday” to Bergen, Grieg’s hometown, for their 950 year jubilee celebration! Presented by the Northwest Edvard Grieg Society and the Seattle-Bergen Sister City Association.
