Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart — Selected works
Ludwig van Beethoven — Selected works
One of the most imaginative genres of chamber music is the string trio. It tests every composer with its unique challenges, its economy of means, and its wealth of possibilities. Explore the multiple strokes of genius by masters such as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, Ernst von Dohnányi, and others in a session led by festival violinist James Thompson as he unravels the essence of the string trio.
