Moving onward to the West Coast, Tango with Winnie and her Grammy-nominated bandoneonista Hugo plays moonlit by the lake outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Multi-talented singer and bandoneonista Chih-Yu Chao will join us in some special numbers.
