Hannah Tate and Lucia Atkinson, violins, perform an exciting recital showcasing the virtuosity of the violin in a selection of pieces including duos by Portland composer Kenji Bunch, Miklos Rozsa’s Sonata for Two Violins, and a Duetto by Classical-era composer Maddalena Sirmen.
The concert is 90 minutes long with one intermission.
About the series: Join us this spring for PCSO’s pilot chamber music concert series on May 27 and June 26, 2022, featuring two of Portland’s finest, local chamber ensembles. Both ensembles are made up of local musicians who perform regularly in Portland’s biggest ensembles including Oregon Symphony and the Portland Opera Orchestra. This is a rare chance to see these spectacular musicians up close and in an intimate setting.
