This Detach Mode falls on Daylight Saving Day, a time that disrupts the body's natural circadian rhythms and impacts sleep. Join us to give your body an hour of restorative relaxation back.

Eye masks will be provided and lights will be turned off during the performance. We encourage participants to bring a soft mat, sleeping pad, blanket, pillow, or anything else they need to get comfortable.
