Join us on November 18 for a beautiful piano concert presented by Nanum Concert Series. The concert will feature international pianist Soo Jung Kwon, along with her Young Protégés – a group of talented individuals aged 5 to 25. They will perform some of the most beloved classical pieces, such as Clair de Lune, Liebestraum, Winter Wind, and many more, by famous composers like Debussy, Chopin, Beethoven, Brahms, and others. You will also have the opportunity to listen to the collaboration of pianist Soo Jung Kwon and violinist Victoria Stepanenko from the Miami City Ballet Orchestra.

About Soo Jung Kwon, piano
International concert pianist SooJung Kwon has performed at concerts throughout the world, and has been awarded full scholarships to study and teach at some of the finest Universities in Germany, Leipzig, as well as the University of Miami, Lynn University, and Florida Atlantic University. A native of South Korea, Kwon currently resides in South Florida where she actively performs as both a solo and collaborative pianist and is currently promoting her Nanum (sharing) concert series "Faith, Hope, & Love" which showcases and promotes the healing and unifying powers of music.
Kwon received her master’s from Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Batholdy," one of the leading institutions for professional music education in Europe. There, she studied with Helmut Wees and specialized in chamber music. Kwon pursued additional studies with Felix Michael Deichmann at Folkwang Universität der Künste, and Paul Posnak at the University of Miami. SooJung Kwon's passion for collaboration has led her to work as a piano accompanist in the Leipzig Opera House under Conductor Riccardo Chailly and with the studios of Scott Flavin and Ross Harbaugh at the University of Miami.
