Choir of the Sound explores the different ways we mark and measure time with an array of art songs spanning centuries and continents, and featuring texts by a host of revered poets. Through the poetic verse of Langston Hughes, Sara Teasdale, Edgar Allan Poe, and others, we will connect the cycle of the year to the cycle of life, beginning with the childlike wonder of springtime and moving through the youthful energy of summer and the mature wisdom of the harvest toward the midwinter lull that allows for memory and reflection. Join us at your choice of two beautiful venues—Saint Mark's Cathedral on March 9 or Bastyr University Chapel on March 10—for this amazing musical reflection.

An online version will be made available starting March 12.
