Ensemble for These Times (E4TT) – Past Concerts

Program includes works by Emily Doolittle, Lisa Bielawa, Sarah Kirkland Snider, Elena Ruehr, Gabriela Ortiz, Angélica Negrón, Akshaya Avril Tucker, Jungyoon Wie, Seo Yoon Soyoona Kim, and Manjing Zhang.

Exploration of rarely heard chamber works by film composers who fled Europe in the 1930s & ‘40s & went on to create the characteristic Hollywood sound. Also features music by Polish composers of that era.

Concert of world premieres inspired by Cassandra, the priestess in Greek mythology who was cursed to utter the truth but never believed. Works by Mary Kouyoumdjian, Valerie Liu, David Garner, & more.
